Sessions focus on understanding the concern, building trust, and choosing practical next steps. Clients are encouraged to ask direct questions about experience, fit, scheduling, and session format.

Heather offers in-person and virtual sessions. Listed availability is Monday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Assessment appointments may be available outside those hours.
Fees and payment
Heather uses a private-pay model and accepts cash, check, or Zelle. Sessions are 50 minutes.
