Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Sophia Georgiadou, Ph.D., LPC-S. She provides counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults through individual and family counseling. Tiffany earned a Master of Science in Juvenile Forensic Psychology from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. She has over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in private practice, as well as child welfare and juvenile probation agencies. She is a member of the MINT (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers) international training organization and has spent the past 5 years training and coaching practitioners to use Motivational Interviewing techniques to increase their client’s intrinsic motivation and commitment to change.
Tiffany believes in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively with individuals and families to empower clients to be the best version of themselves. Her specialties include working with children/adolescents dealing with behavioral and adjustment issues, parenting skills, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, anger management, family relationships, and faith-based counseling. She utilizes an integrative approach to counseling including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered/Motivational Interviewing, Structural Family Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques.
