Hello, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, MS) with over 17 years of experience helping individuals, adolescents, and families navigate life’s challenges and rediscover hope. I work to give my clients coping strategies to achieve clarity emotional balance, and a renewed sense of control in their lives. I’m passionate about helping people who struggle with mood disorders such as anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. It is a privilege to listen and work with individuals who have experienced deep pain, whether from childhood wounds, loss, abuse, or other life-altering events to reclaim their sense of safety, identity, and hope.

I work with clients to help them create practical tools for long term growth and emotional regulation skills to manage intense emotions, and develop healthier thought patterns. My approach is calm and grounded in compassion and trust. I work at your pace and tailor our sessions to your specific needs. If you’re feeling stuck in survival mode or experiencing the highs and lows of life, I meet you where you are, with empathy and steady support. If you’re struggling or carrying the weight of trauma, know that you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to help, and I’d be honored to be a part of your journey and walk with you toward healing and wholeness.
