Krissy Cotten, MA, LPC
Krissy provides counseling for individuals, couples, families and children. She helps clients overcome obstacles and achieve healthier relationships. When working with children, she takes an individualized approach, because each child is unique. Krissy can help you overcome issues such as divorce, children's behavioral issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, domestic violence, sexual abuse, anger management, women's issues, postpartum depression, grief, loss, and addiction.

Anna Cross, MEd, LPC
Anna is a Licensed Professional counselor who specializes in the area of anxiety including Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Other areas of clinical interests include depression, grief/trauma, adjustment issues, assisting adolescents transition to adulthood, stress management, and relationship problems.
Anna believes that counseling is a collaborative process between client and therapist. She works closely with her clients to create a therapeutic plan that best matches their individual needs, goals, spiritual and cultural beliefs and strengths. She assists her clients with developing coping skills and gaining a better understanding of the nature of their problems.
Rebecca Jarrell, MA, LPC
Rebecca Jarrell is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. She has been in the counseling field for over 10 years in a variety of clinical settings. She has worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, provided home based counseling services for children and adolescents in CPS custody, and has also worked in the private practice setting. Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, marital and family therapy, sexual abuse, and grief and loss work.
Rebecca utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, reality therapy, play therapy, and family therapy. Her ultimate goal for clients is to help improve the quality of their lives. She feels that most clients already have the answers they are seeking within themselves, and that she is there to help them on their path to finding these answers.
Nicole Brown, MSW, LMSW
Nikki Brown is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker that provides counseling to children, adolescents, adults and families to identify and embrace their best selves. She has clinical experience with individual, group and family therapy in outpatient, intensive outpatient and school settings. Nikki utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (specifically Team CBT, founded by best-selling author and Psychiatrist David Burns), Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, play therapy, a strength-based perspective and faith-based counseling to assist clients healing from trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, children’s behavioral issues, parenting, family conflict, communication, grief and loss.
Nikki knew at a young age that she enjoyed helping others and began honing her focus on different contributors to one's wellness. Nikki believes that each person has the ability to be their best selves; with insight and the right tools each person can move beyond any barriers. As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist she collaborates with clients to focus on their goals and identify and resolve any underlying thoughts and feelings that have impeded them from reaching those goals. In her work with children and adolescents Nikki engages the youth in identifying their goals and collaborates with parents to provide supportive parenting tools. Nikki graduated from Brigham Young University (a religious institution) and Howard University (a Historically Black College) and understands the importance of embracing spirituality and diversity. Nikki practiced clinical social work in Washington, D.C. and Las Vegas, Nevada before pausing her career for full-time motherhood of her six children. She is working on completing her LCSW and is under the supervision of Carol Supelveda, LCSW-S. She is excited to be practicing in Texas and looks forward to working with you!
