Anna Cross, MEd, LPC
Anna is a Licensed Professional counselor who specializes in the area of anxiety including Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Other areas of clinical interests include depression, grief/trauma, adjustment issues, assisting adolescents transition to adulthood, stress management, and relationship problems.
Anna believes that counseling is a collaborative process between client and therapist. She works closely with her clients to create a therapeutic plan that best matches their individual needs, goals, spiritual and cultural beliefs and strengths. She assists her clients with developing coping skills and gaining a better understanding of the nature of their problems.
Rebecca Jarrell, MA, LPC
Rebecca Jarrell is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. She has been in the counseling field for over 10 years in a variety of clinical settings. She has worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, provided home based counseling services for children and adolescents in CPS custody, and has also worked in the private practice setting. Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, marital and family therapy, sexual abuse, and grief and loss work.
Rebecca utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, reality therapy, play therapy, and family therapy. Her
ultimate goal for clients is to help improve the quality of their lives. She feels that most clients already have the answers they are seeking within themselves, and that she is there to help them on their path to finding these answers.
