My name is Deanna Ramirez and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Vick Sears LPC-S. I want you to know that I see you. I hear you. I help people grow through the uneasy transitions, the uncomfortable feelings, and the challenging emotional storms that we go through as we journey through life. I work with children, teens, and adults in many areas but my specialty is in helping people navigate issues with identity, and deal with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and emotional regulation, so they feel more connected and whole. I help people through some pretty tough life transitions as well as understanding the emotions that come with them.
I believe we all deserve to feel fulfilled and satisfied with our lives and I think the way to do that is through focusing on you as a "whole," leveraging your strengths while processing your pain, rather than just on achieving goals or working on the “problems.” Our lives are complicated and we need to have a space to unload some of the burden of living and working. I will walk alongside you for as long as it takes for you to feel the power of “you got this.”
I am here for all ages, races, and cultures and I especially understand the challenges faced by the lgbtq+ community. In my free time, I love being outside, reading, gardening, and hanging out with my family. I live with my wife and daughter and our 5 dogs in Humble, TX.
